Ridgewood will host its annual Family Fish Fry on Thursday, 19 April. The evening will be a social event featuring fish fry, raffles, and fun for families, students, and staff. If you own a business, or know someone who owns a business, and are interested in donating an item to use in a raffle, it will be greatly appreciated. Donations can be brought to the school office, or a pick-up can be arranged. Remember that Ridgewood is a non-profit, 501 (c)(3), corporation, and all donations are tax deductible (ID#72-0720383). If you have questions about this event, please e-mail Dina DiVincenti at rps@ridgewoodprep.com or call 835-2545.

The Middle School Library Club is collecting items to fill a basket to be raffled at the Fish Fry. The basket is titled “Book vs. Movie – Which was better?” The club is collecting books that were made into movies, the DVD versions of the book, popcorn, and movie box candy. Anyone who wants to donate items should contact librarian, Melissa Clouse, at 835-2545.

The Spelling Incentive Program test (SIP) is scheduled to be administered on 20 April to grades 5-12. Ask your child about preparation for this test.

There have been questions concerning final exams. Final exams for grades 5-11 will be administered from 17 May through 23 May. Similar to the mid-term exams, students are dismissed from school after completing their exams. This is the time to decide on transportation arrangements for your child. Lunch will be available on a cash-only basis during final exams.

Ridgewood requests that, for their own safety, all students wait inside the school gates for their afternoon rides.
